If you are near the Flint area, make sure you treat yourself to some of Donna's donuts, you will not be disappointed. Moist and light, alwayd fresh, and great chocolate frosting. We love the creme filled Long John's, Bismarck (so many different fillings), and the nutty donuts are amazing if you like nutty donuts. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The best donuts around. My favorites include the Tiger Tail, Old Fashioned Sour Cream (glazed), Moon Rocks, and the Cherry Blossom. There's a wide variety, so you're sure to find something you like. Fresh donuts get made throughout the day. Staff is friendly and swift at getting your selections together. Local art on display. Can't say enough good things about Donna's!

While the place was clean and the staff was very friendly the donuts are not very tasty. I got a cake custard filled donut, the mocha flavored, 2 types of peanut donuts, 2 apple, and a cherry cinnamon roll. The custard was the only good part of the cake donut. It was super dry and the chocolate frosting was way too gritty and sweet. The frosting on the mocha donut was the same kind of gritty and overly sweet. I’m honestly nervous to try the other flavors as this has truly been a disappointment. This is my second attempt at trying the donuts here. The first time I had a regular glazed donut that tasted like a store bought generic honeybun. I thought it would be better if I got them fresh…it didn’t. I spent almost $17 for 7 donuts to throw in the trash. I will not recommend.

$29.01 if you pick the items in a Bakers Dozen, $26.25 if Donnas picks the items in a Bakers Dozen (Our Mix). I chose Our Mix but was not expecting Joshua C. to remove a pre-prepared box from under the counter. I purchased the Our Mix Bakers Dozen for a local business and was not able to see the product selection. Were the Our Mix Bakers Dozen fresh? Were the Our Mix Bakers Dozen the lowest priced products available? The employees at Donnas Donuts were polite, professional, friendly, and working hard but clearly understaffed. I waited in line about 10 minutes to make a purchase. At least one customer in the long line left due to the wait. I’ve had Donnas Donuts in the past. Donnas Donuts are good but nothing special to warrant what I consider high prices. The mysterious “Our Mix Bakers Dozen” was questionable to me.

I've been looking for an exceptional donut since moving to mid-Michigan a few years ago, and Donna's is more than worth the drive from Lansing. The custard stick in particular is an absolute delight, and even standard fare such as the classic nutty and blueberry glazed are a class above anything around here. We will be back.
